Yesterday I got too excited about feeling a bit better...
today I'm drained and low and lethargic.
The sun shines on the spring garden.. ..the sky slowly darkens and the moon rises - a misty silver ball beyond the trees - and I stay quiet on the sofa.....telling my body
'This too will pass.'
