I dump the drugs

This morning I dump the antibiotics in the bin and walk in the rain drenched crystalline green of my garden.

The drugs are making me sicker than I am. I've developed most of the known side effects of amoxycillin including a red itchy rash all over my chest and back. The nausea, dizziness and gut pain are constant.

On the other hand my cough is less painful.

The heart thumping nightmares and crushing waves of anxiety out of the blue.... I can't blame on the drugs.

I did some normal things today as well ....put a load of washing in the machine,

made a hair appointment for after Easter.... read a chapter of my novel...cooked a 6 minute boiled egg for supper...imagining I'm getting better.
