and the best juiciest jewels of a pomegranate I've ever had.
Today my sisters and I replaced the beaches of Portugal with the streets of a town in Somerset....a gift of a day .....time out....healing time...and the miracle of quick and easy Christmas shopping in nearly empty shops...finding exactly what I wanted....and more.
And the treat of finding a plant-based cafe called Excalibur....indulging in a turmeric latte and hot chilli chocolate made with almond milk ... going back for a buffet salad lunch later.
Feeling restored.
